Your Course Convener

Gord Lemon is a 33-year veteran real estate investor with multiple residential and commercial properties throughout Canada and the U.S. He has been a mortgage broker, realtor, and is a published author. He has been actively training real estate investors for 18 years and has been currently focused on training real estate agents in working with real estate investors. Gord recognised a significant need for this training based on his own, and his investor student’s experience with real estate agents. This has been an overlooked aspect of a real estate agent’s education which until now has not been addressed in such a comprehensive course. Since 2003, Gord has trained over 16,000 people in both the US and Canada to become successful real estate investors & agents.
